The studio is located on the ground floor in our recently built house and has its own entrance as well as free private parking. The view over the water and the sunsets are amazing! In the summer months, you can enjoy sitting and eating at the beautiful waterfront with its amazing views. Tram 26 takes you in just 15 minutes to the pulsating heart of Amsterdam (30 minutes by bike).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">In the studio, you will find a luxurious, new double bed (box spring), a private bathroom with rain shower and toilet, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. There is a comfortable fauteuil where you can read your favorite lecture and a sitting area to work, eat, drink, laugh and enjoy the fantastic view over the water. The well-equipped kitchenette has a refrigerator, oven\/microwave and sink. Enjoy unlimited Nespresso coffee and tea and make your breakfast complete with freshly toasted bread.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Within walking distance there are nice caf\u00e9\u2019s and coffee bars, trendy restaurants, all kind of shops, deli counters and boutiques.
